By accessing and using Just Type, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Just Type is an AI-powered platform that helps you capture and refine your thoughts. Write freely, select text to refine with AI, and archive your polished notes to a secure cloud vault.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with these terms

4. Credits and Payments

AI refinement requires credits. Free users receive 20 credits upon signup. Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time credit packs. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and store on Just Type. We do not claim any ownership over your notes, refined content, or archived materials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse our service
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability

Just Type is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
